On January 24, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union and Appareltech Vinh Loc Export Garment Co., Ltd. have just organized dialogues, exchanges and agreed on regimes and policies to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
At the dialogue, in the spirit of democracy, openness, and harmony of interests, representatives of employers and representatives of workers analyzed the production and business situation in 2025; and considered the lives and incomes of workers.
On that basis, the two sides agreed on the bonus level for the 13th month's salary in 2025 equal to 150% of the salary level as a basis for social insurance contributions for all union members and employees working at the company.
In addition to cash bonuses, the company also gives each union member and employee a Tet gift worth 500,000 VND, contributing to encouraging and sharing difficulties, helping workers feel secure to welcome Tet.
The organization of dialogue and achieving consensus on Tet bonuses shows the concern and responsibility of businesses towards employees; and at the same time affirms the role of the Trade Union organization in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises, creating motivation for employees to stick together for a long time and develop sustainably with enterprises.
