On March 16, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized the handover of the "Trade Union Shelter" house to union member Nguyen Hai Nam - operating at the grassroots Trade Union of Irrigation Works Exploitation Management Co., Ltd.
Union member Nguyen Hai Nam is in particularly difficult circumstances. He does not have a stable house, raises a young child alone and his elderly mother is often sick. Low income, while he himself has had labor accidents and had to be treated many times for a long time, so life is difficult.
Faced with that situation, the Provincial Labor Federation has allocated 50 million VND from the Trade Union Social Fund to support Mr. Nam in building a new house. The completed house helps his family have a stable place to live, gradually overcome difficulties and feel secure in working.
The program to support the construction of "Trade Union Shelter" houses is a meaningful activity of the trade union organization to care for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to helping union members stabilize their lives and be attached to businesses for a long time.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Quang Tri Provincial General Hospital also presented gifts to Mr. Nam's child worth 4 million VND, including a study corner, a fan and a wardrobe, helping him have better learning conditions in his new house.
