On May 8, the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Quang Tri province said that the unit had just coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) to organize a conference to sign regulations on coordination of activities for the period 2026-2030.
At the conference, the two units assessed the results of coordination in the past time, and pointed out the achievements and shortcomings, limitations to serve as a basis for improving the effectiveness of coordination in the coming time.
Delegates actively discussed and completed the coordination regulations for the 2026-2030 period with key contents such as: coordination in propaganda and dissemination of laws on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; coordination in implementing regimes and policies on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and trade union work; coordination in inspecting, supervising, and resolving complaints and denunciations related to regimes and policies for employees; coordination in exchanging information and reporting on operating results between the two units.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of the two sides emphasized that the signing of the coordination regulations aims to strengthen the coordination relationship between the Provincial Social Insurance and the Provincial Labor Federation in propaganda, dissemination of laws, supervision, and inspection of the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies.
The two units also agreed to promote the mobilization of people to participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to ensure sustainable social security; strengthen propaganda of the Trade Union Law; mobilize employers and employees to participate in trade union organizations.
According to the leaders of the two units, in the coming time, they will continue to concretize tasks and solutions, clearly define the responsibilities of each agency and unit to effectively perform the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers at the grassroots level.
