The conference took place from October 29 to 30, with the participation of 72 full-time trade union officials from the entire Son La province.
At the conference, delegates heard some contents including: Basic skills and methods to create a short video clip about trade union activities using smartphones; news writing skills; communication crisis handling skills. Basic contents of the Law on State Secrets Protection and documents guiding its implementation.
In addition, the conference also implemented Directive No. 31 dated March 19, 2024 of the Secretariat on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership over occupational safety and hygiene in the new situation; Resolution No. 07 dated August 29, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Focusing resources on caring for the welfare of union members and workers in the new situation".
At the same time, thoroughly grasp and implement the content of Program No. 05 dated September 6, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Improving the effectiveness of dialogue and collective bargaining in the period 2023-2028".
Disseminate some new points in the Regulations on types, issuing authority, format and presentation techniques of documents of the Vietnam Trade Union organization issued together with Decision No. 933 dated May 14, 2024 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
