On the occasion of the New Year 2025 and preparation for the Lunar New Year At Ty, on January 16, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province - attended the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang", giving Tet gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.
The program was organized by the Vu Thu District Trade Union at Creative Source Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Minh Lang Industrial Park, Minh Lang Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province).
At the program, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province and delegates presented 100 gifts (each gift includes 800,000 VND in cash and a gift worth 200,000 VND) from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee to workers in difficult circumstances.
In addition, Vu Thu District Trade Union presented 153 Tet gifts to workers with a total value of over 122 million VND; Creative Source Vietnam Company Limited Trade Union commended and rewarded 181 outstanding workers with a total value of over 40 million VND.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province - acknowledged the efforts of enterprises and trade unions in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Mr. Thanh emphasized that, despite many difficulties in the past year, the socio-economic situation of Thai Binh province still had progress, and the lives of the people and workers had improved significantly. Achieving such results was due to the joint efforts and consensus of the entire political system, including the business community and the workforce.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province hopes that when returning to work after Tet, union members and employees will immediately start production, further improve their awareness and responsibility at work, contribute their efforts to the development of enterprises, and meet production and business requirements in the new situation.
On the occasion of the New Year, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province sent New Year wishes to union members, workers and their families for good health, happiness and success; and wished businesses to continue to develop and achieve the set production and business goals.
Also at the program, Mr. Pham Van Trinh - Chairman of the Vu Thu District Trade Union - informed: In order to effectively implement the policy of the Party, the State and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in taking care of union members and workers during the Lunar New Year - with the motto of not leaving any union members or workers in difficult circumstances without receiving gifts, on this occasion, the District Trade Union will give gifts to 639 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 511 million VND; allocate 306 vouchers to participate in the "Union Tet Market" of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with a total amount of 153 million VND.
