On September 22, at Diem Thuy Industrial Park, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with MSI Reproductive Choices Vietnam organized a communication seminar on preventing and combating sexual harassment (QRTD) in workplaces for grassroots trade union officials.
The key content of the program is to correctly identify behavior, remove reality and handle situations.
In which, experts remove the boundary between teasing and QRTD based on consensus, helping trade union officials equip themselves with standard attitudes, know how to listen, not prejudice, and not blame victims.
Direct seminars to answer sensitive situations such as fear of being affected in work, reputation when reflecting, and behavior when violators are managers.
Recommend the method of collecting indirect evidence (messages, cameras, work schedules, witnesses...) and the most important principle is objectivity - information security.
