News from Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on September 19 said: Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish 3 grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) with 56 union members; launched the Executive Committee of CĐCS and assigned tasks to newly established CĐCS.
At the conference, the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union announced the decision to admit 56 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; the decision to establish 3 grassroots trade unions at Vinh Anh Tourism Transport Co., Ltd., Long Thanh Aviation Services Joint Stock Company and PEDI CIVIL SOLUTIONS Joint Stock Company.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan - Chairwoman of Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, congratulated the newly established grassroots trade unions and comrades participating in the Executive Committee; and emphasized the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Chairman of the Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions quickly develop working regulations and assign specific tasks to each member. Grassroots trade unions also need to closely coordinate with business leaders in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers; pay attention to caring for material and spiritual life; organize the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income".
Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan also proposed that grassroots trade unions focus on building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; promote the role of a bridge between workers and employers, and work with businesses to remove difficulties, improve labor productivity, build a stable working environment, contributing to the sustainable development of businesses and local socio-economics.
As of September 19, 2026, Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union has mobilized the establishment of 33 grassroots trade unions, developing 2,620 union members. This is a positive result in union member development and building trade union organizations in the area.
