Mr. Dong is a worker at Dong Hy Irrigation Exploitation Station, under Thai Nguyen Irrigation Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company. His family is in difficult circumstances, his wife does not have a stable job, and two young children are of school age.
Although his family gave him land, for many years he still did not have the conditions to build a house and had to rent a house.
Faced with that situation, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation decided to support 60 million VND from the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund to help his family realize their dream of settling down.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that the "Trade Union Home" program is a deeply humane activity, showing the concern and care of the trade union organization for union members in difficult circumstances. Thereby, helping them have more motivation to rise up in life.
The new roof is not only a place to shelter from sun and rain but also a great source of encouragement for union members to feel secure in their work, build happy families and continue to contribute to units and businesses.
