Recorded at the beginning of June 2026, the social housing (NOXH) project under Tuyen Quang Urban Housing Development Zone has completed the roofing of a 7-story apartment building block.
The construction unit is constructing the fence, completing the exterior and technical items of the building. This is also the first high-rise social housing project implemented in Tuyen Quang province to provide accommodation for officials, employees, and workers.
Ms. Tran Huyen Trang (Minh Xuan ward) has completed the dossier procedures to buy social housing at this project, and is waiting for functional agencies to appraise and approve.
After the merger of the province, my husband and I came from Ha Giang (old) to the provincial center to work, currently living in rented accommodation, the total income is not high, so choosing NOXH is suitable and also eligible to buy. I hope the project will be completed soon so that we have a place to settle down," Ms. Trang said.

The NOXH project in Tuyen Quang Urban Housing Development Zone was started in June 2025, invested by Tuyen Quang Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 137 billion VND.
The social housing block includes 1 basement, 7 above-ground floors, construction area of 1,610m2 with a total of 140 apartments, areas from 51 - 71m2, meeting accommodation for about 560 people.
From the end of December 2025, this social housing project has started receiving applications from people in need and eligible with an average selling price of 18,700,000 VND/m2.
Talking to PV, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tuyen Quang Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. - said that according to the plan, the project will be completed in 2027. However, before the housing needs of the people, the unit is accelerating the construction progress.
Construction items are all required to be accelerated, striving to be completed and handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026. The work of receiving dossiers is also being implemented closely and in accordance with the law," Mr. Hung informed.
To complete the target of 3,000 social housing units in the 2026-2030 period according to the target assigned by the Government, Tuyen Quang province has allocated 20% of the total residential land area in detailed planning projects or approved master plans to build social housing, equivalent to about 25 hectares.
To date, Tuyen Quang province has had 3 social housing projects approved for investment policy with a total floor area of over 95,000m2, scale of 1,013 houses.

In addition, the Ministry of Public Security has also approved the investment policy, assigning the investor to implement the NOXH construction project for the armed forces of the People's Police in Tuyen Quang province. The total estimated investment is over 1,351 billion VND, implemented from now until the third quarter of 2028.
The project is implemented in An Tuong ward, with a total construction floor area of more than 114,800m2, including a high-rise social housing area and a low-rise commercial housing area with about 833 apartments.
Mr. Ha Quoc Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province - said that the Department regularly urges investors of commercial housing projects and urban areas to deploy social housing construction investment on the 20% land fund of the project according to the approved progress.
In case the investor does not implement it, it will propose to recover the 20% land fund to organize selection and assign it to other investors to implement. At the same time, accelerate the progress and procedures for social housing and worker housing projects according to the approved plan," Mr. Dung said.
Currently, the planned areas and locations of Tuyen Quang province for social housing development that have been approved can meet the construction demand of about 4,000 units, exceeding the target assigned by the Government.
