Commencement of construction of an industrial cluster project worth over 470 billion VND in Dak Lak

Dak Lak - The Tan Tien Industrial Cluster project with a total investment of more than 470 billion VND being implemented will create more jobs and increase income for local people.

On June 20, in Tan Tien commune (Dak Lak province), Bac Tay Nguyen Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company held the launching ceremony of the Tan Tien Industrial Cluster technical infrastructure construction investment project.

The project with a total investment of more than 471 billion VND is expected to create motivation to promote industrial development, economic restructuring, create more jobs, and increase income for people in Tan Tien commune in particular and Dak Lak province in general.

Tan Tien Industrial Cluster was approved for establishment by Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1640/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2025, assigning Bac Tay Nguyen Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor.

According to the investor, after a period of implementing procedures according to regulations, the project has basically completed important tasks such as clearing bombs and mines, approving detailed planning at a scale of 1/500, and preparing ground for the next items.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dao My - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee requested the investor, departments, branches and localities to strengthen coordination, focus on removing difficulties, and accelerate the implementation progress so that the project can be completed and put into operation soon.

According to Mr. Dao My, this is one of the important projects, contributing to promoting industrial development, economic restructuring, creating new growth momentum and contributing to the socio-economic development goals of the province in the coming time.

Provincial leaders requested the investor to continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement tasks according to the set schedule; focus on completing basic design, technical design of works, procedures for environmental licensing, construction permits and related procedures.

In addition, investors need to assess the labor demand according to each industry attracted to Tan Tien Industrial Cluster, coordinate with local authorities to develop training plans, and provide appropriate human resources, contributing to solving jobs for people.

For relevant departments and branches, Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, and Department of Agriculture and Environment to proactively advise, guide, inspect, and support investors to carry out necessary procedures, ensuring sufficient conditions for project implementation.

Departments, agencies, branches and localities will accompany and support investors throughout the project implementation process, with the goal of soon completing and putting Tan Tien Industrial Cluster into operation, attracting businesses to invest in production, contributing to creating jobs, increasing people's income and promoting socio-economic development of the province," Mr. Dao My emphasized.

Tan Tien Industrial Cluster is considered one of the important industrial infrastructure projects of Dak Lak province. The project contributes to completing the infrastructure system serving production, creating a clean land fund to attract businesses to invest, and promoting the process of industrialization and modernization in the area.
