The Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a professional training class on financial and inspection and supervision work for more than 150 grassroots trade union officials who are accounting officials and members of the grassroots trade union inspection committee of units in the provincial industrial park and grassroots trade unions in the fields of health and education.
The training program aims to update new regulations, foster knowledge and professional skills for trade union officials directly performing financial and inspection and supervision work at the grassroots level.
From there, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of trade union activities.
At the training class, trainees studied and exchanged two key topics: Trade Union financial management and use; Trade Union inspection and supervision work.
In addition to updating current regulations, students are also guided to handle situations arising in practice, and exchange difficulties and obstacles.
Through the training class, the team of trade union officials continues to improve their professional capacity, contributing to the management and effective use of trade union financial resources.
