Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a Conference to announce and award Decisions on admitting union members and establishing the grassroots trade union of Thanh Cong Vietnam Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. with 599 union members.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Van - Member of the Executive Committee, Head of the Trade Union of Region III congratulated workers who have officially become members of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The Head of the Trade Union of Region III requested the grassroots trade union to soon develop a practical work program, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. At the same time, it is a bridge connecting workers and businesses.
Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Van wished that business leaders would continue to pay attention, coordinate, and create conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, contributing to expanding the Vietnam Trade Union organization, improving the effectiveness of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
