On June 22, at Diem Thuy Industrial Park, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized the announcement and awarding of the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Seon Yeong Co., Ltd. and the grassroots Trade Union of Thai Nguyen TTTK Co., Ltd.
Attending and directing the program were Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Industrial Zone Trade Union Committee, Head of the Policy and Law and Labor Relations Department; business leaders and representatives of union members and workers of the two units.
At the program, leaders of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation exchanged and assigned tasks to the grassroots trade union executive committee. At the same time, they requested business leaders to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for the trade union organization to operate effectively. Effectively perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation presented 9 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances at two units, each worth 700,000 VND.
Also today, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to announce the Decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots trade union of Saigon Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company Branch in Thai Nguyen.
At the conference, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the Decision to admit 19 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Saigon Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company Branch in Thai Nguyen province.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to expanding trade union organizations in the business sector but also creates conditions for workers to be cared for and have their legitimate rights and interests protected.
