To support workers to cool down and ensure health during work, the company's leadership and Trade Union have purchased milk and organized direct distribution at production workshops for workers to use.

Thereby, contributing to protecting health, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, increasing cohesion and improving production efficiency at enterprises.
Previously, implementing the direction of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, many grassroots trade unions coordinated with businesses to implement heat protection measures such as spraying water to cool workshops, adding fans, providing lemonade, ice, milk and drinking water for workers.
