Many outstanding activities to care for workers
In the first 6 months of 2026, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation has synchronously implemented many innovative solutions, creating a prominent mark in propaganda, caring for union members and workers, and developing the Trade Union organization.
The whole province has more than 69,500 turns of union members and workers being propagated and learning about policies and resolutions; 49,420 turns of being trained and improving professional qualifications and skills; nearly 42,000 turns of being disseminated knowledge about information technology and digital transformation.
The Provincial Labor Federation organized 12 conferences and contests to propagate laws, traffic safety, drug prevention and control and 3 gameshow programs "9th Hour", contributing to raising legal awareness, strengthening dialogue, and supporting grassroots trade union officials to handle situations arising in enterprises.

Activities to care for union members and workers continue to be a bright spot. During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year and Workers' Month 2026, trade union levels have cared for more than 107,500 union members and workers with a total budget of nearly 69.5 billion VND.
Caring for the mental health of workers
The Provincial Labor Federation has supported the construction and repair of 15 "Trade Union Solidarity Houses" with a total budget of 670 million VND; coordinated medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for more than 800 union members; presented many gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, people injured in labor accidents, and mobilized hundreds of union members to participate in voluntary blood donation.
Grassroots trade unions also proactively organized many practical activities such as health check-ups, "Trade Union Meals", dialogues, gratitude to workers, culture, arts, sports... with a total budget of more than 12.2 billion VND.
Trade union levels continue to promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers through dialogue and collective bargaining.
The whole province maintains 239 collective labor agreements, of which 41 are newly signed, contributing to improving working conditions, improving the quality of meals and building harmonious and stable labor relations.
Patriotic emulation movements have been widely deployed. 261 initiatives have been recognized, bringing many practical values to agencies, units and businesses.
