On July 26th, the Trade Union of Cam Thuy commune, Thanh Hoa province, said that on the afternoon of July 25th, the Trade Union of PMT Shoe Co., Ltd. organized the "Workers' Month" 2026 award ceremony and the rice paper wrapping contest. This is an activity towards the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Attending the program were representatives of leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Cam Thuy Commune Trade Union, PMT Shoe Co., Ltd. Board of Directors and hundreds of union members and workers.
According to the Trade Union of PMT Shoe Co., Ltd., in response to "Workers' Month" 2026, the company's trade union has organized many practical activities, attracting a large number of union members to participate.
Through emulation movements, many typical collectives and individuals have had technical innovation initiatives, contributing to successfully completing the factory's production and business tasks.
In order to recognize and commend the contributions of employees, the company's trade union has rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; commended children of workers who achieved high achievements in studying and organized a contest to wrap "banh la rang bua" cakes.
At the contest, the teams competed in the wrapping and boiling of "banh la rang bua" cakes in a lively atmosphere, to the cheers of a large number of union members and workers.
The rice paper wrapping contest is not only an activity imbued with the cultural identity of the homeland but also an opportunity for union members and workers throughout the factory to strengthen connection, solidarity and enthusiastically emulate in labor and production" - a representative of the Trade Union of PMT Shoe Co., Ltd. shared.
At the end of the program, representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the Company's Board of Directors and Cam Thuy Commune Trade Union awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; commended children of workers who achieved high results in their studies and awarded prizes to teams participating in the contest.
