Maxport 5 Factory - Nam Dinh Branch and Maxport 9 Factory - Thai Binh Branch implement many meaningful activities, helping workers have more skills to accompany their children and build family happiness.

Not only caring for material life, Maxport 5 Factory - Nam Dinh Branch and Maxport 9 Factory - Thai Binh Branch also care about the spiritual life of workers through many activities aimed at workers' families. In which, the seminar "Discovering Together - Connecting Love" has brought many useful knowledge and skills, helping parents accompany their children in the process of growing up.

Having worked for 8 years at Maxport 9 Factory - Thai Binh Branch, Ms. Duong Thi Thu Hoai said that she has participated many times in care programs for children of union members and workers organized by businesses and trade union organizations. According to her, these are all practical activities, helping workers have more motivation to stick with the business.

This time, attending the seminar "Discovering Together - Connecting Love", Ms. Hoai was particularly impressed with the sharing of psychologists about how to listen and accompany her children.

As a worker, I don't have much time for my family. Previously, I usually only cared about my children's studies and paid little attention to their emotions. Through the seminar, I understood that what my children often needed was just to be listened to and shared by their parents. The knowledge and skills imparted by experts are very close and easy to apply to daily life. I will spend more time talking and accompanying my children to suit their age" - Ms. Hoai said.

Not only Ms. Hoai, many union members and workers also believe that the program has brought a new perspective on childcare. Besides knowledge about children's psychology, parents are also guided on positive education methods, skills to be friends with children and how to help children explore the world around them through simple activities in life.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu - worker at Maxport 9 Factory - Thai Binh Branch - said: "After participating in the program, I realized that accompanying children is not only about caring for material things but also about spending time understanding and sharing. I learned many useful skills in how to talk, orient and accompany children like a friend when they are teenagers. Being a parent is not only about teaching children to learn but also about listening and respecting children's emotions. I find this activity very meaningful because these knowledge help us be more confident in raising children in modern life.

In addition to improving parenting skills, the company's care activities also contribute to creating cohesion between employees and the unit. According to many workers, the company's concern for employees' families makes them feel shared, thereby feeling secure in working and long-term commitment.

As a worker at Maxport 5 Factory - Nam Dinh Branch, Mr. Bui Van Tuan highly appreciates the concern of the enterprise and the Trade Union organization over the years.

According to Mr. Tuan, in addition to ensuring stable jobs, income and welfare regimes, businesses also regularly organize many activities for workers' children such as giving gifts on International Children's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, commending workers' children for their high academic achievements, or programs to equip them with parenting skills.

Through a series of activities under the guidance of psychological experts, many union members and workers have gained more knowledge and skills in raising children, especially how to listen, understand and accompany their children in each stage of adulthood.
