On June 27, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Alena Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Team of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police organized a professional training program on fire prevention and fighting and rescue for the core force of the factory.
Participating in the training course are 150 officials and employees from production, technical, administrative and management departments. Trainees are equipped with knowledge about fire prevention and fighting, skills in using initial fire fighting equipment, organizing escape, handling emergency situations and practicing first aid, rescue and relief under the guidance of specialized forces.
After completing the training, practice and testing program as prescribed, the trainees will be granted professional certificates in fire prevention and fighting and rescue.
Regularly organizing training, drills and investing in safety equipment is an important solution to improve the response capacity of workers, contributing to building a safe, stable and sustainable working environment.
