On August 10, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the leaders of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Le Mon Branch has organized a training and fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) drill program in 2026 with the participation of grassroots PCCC teams and a large number of officials, employees and workers.
At the program, workers were disseminated knowledge about fire prevention and fighting, identification of fire and explosion risks in the workplace and guidance on prevention and initial handling measures when incidents occur. Workers also practiced using fire extinguishers and participated in handling simulated fire and explosion situations.
Through the drill activity, workers are trained in quick response skills, calm handling of situations and coordination in case of incidents; and at the same time help the grassroots Fire Prevention and Fighting Team consolidate skills and improve response capabilities according to the "4 on-the-spot" motto.
The activity contributes to building a safe working environment, raising awareness of proactive risk prevention, and at the same time showing the concern and care of businesses and trade union organizations for workers.
