The project "Nam Chau - Tri Do Road, Binh Dong Commune" with a route length of more than 1km and a width of 3m was built by the Grassroots Trade Union of Binh Dong Commune in coordination with the People's Committee of Binh Dong Commune and Minh Tien Tien Company Limited. Giang performed to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).
The project was started on May 20, 2024, completed on July 10, 2024 with a total investment of more than 1.8 billion VND. When implementing the project, all Trade Union members responded to mobilize people to donate land, participate in site clearance and mobilized to contribute 125 working days, completed 10 days early, saving 45 million VND.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Tuyet Nhung - Chairwoman of the Go Cong City Labor Federation - praised the spirit and efforts of relevant units for coordinating to complete the project ahead of schedule, ensuring quality. Highly effective, meeting the traffic needs of people in Binh Dong commune, as well as facilitating the transportation of agricultural products during the rainy season and contributing to helping the locality complete the target of building agricultural communes. New upgraded village by the end of 2024.
On this occasion, the Confederation of Labor of Go Cong City awarded a Certificate of Merit to the collective of Binh Dong Commune's Communist Union who have made many contributions during the implementation of the project and the representative of the leadership of Minh Tien Tien Giang Co., Ltd. presented a symbolic plaque of support 15 million VND for Binh Dong Commune People's Committee to implement the advanced new rural construction program.
