Preparing a periodic dialogue group at the Workers' Conference

Hanoi - At the Workers' Conference of Matsuo Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd., 25 members were elected to the 2026 Periodic Dialogue Group.

According to the Trade Union of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City, at the Employee Conference of Matsuo Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd., 41 opinions and recommendations of employees were collected and presented.

The recommendations focus on many practical areas, including groups of opinions on professional skills training, application of artificial intelligence (AI) in work; proposals to improve working conditions: protective clothing, cooling fans...; shift waiting process between shifts...

All 41 opinions have been recorded by the Company's Board of Directors, committing to direct department heads to research and overcome according to a specific roadmap.

The conference trusted and elected 25 people to participate in the 2026 Periodic Dialogue Group. Chairman of the Company's Trade Union Nguyen Hoang Long holds the role of Group Leader, the Periodic Dialogue Group ensures the role of bridge between employees and the Board of Directors is maintained regularly.

The Trade Union of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City highly appreciates the serious and practical organization of the Workers' Conference at Matsuo Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd.
