The emulation movement to strive to achieve Typical Capital Workers' and Civil Servants' Families has spread widely from the grassroots level. There are over 1,800 grassroots trade unions organizing commendation and rewards for 8,120 typical families.
In particular, 5 families were honored to be awarded the title of Typical Workers' and Civil Servants' Families nationwide in the period 2021 - 2026 by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and 100 excellent families were honored and awarded the title of Typical Capital Workers' and Civil Servants' Families in 2026 by the Hanoi Labor Federation.
Whether it is a multi-generational traditional family model or a core family, they all have a common bright spot. That is equality, progress, love and constant efforts to overcome difficulties and rise up. They not only complete their professional work well, actively participate in social activities, but also raise good children and excellent students.
These are exemplary nuclei, bright examples spreading moral values, family culture and positive inspiration to all union members and workers in the Capital.
On the same day, June 26, the City Labor Federation organized the commendation of 62 most typical students, who won high prizes in international, national and city competitions, who are children of civil servants and laborers.
In the past school year, the whole city had 3,205 students who are children of workers, civil servants and laborers who were commended and rewarded by Trade Union levels. Among them, there were 6 excellent students who won international awards; 36 students who won awards in national excellent student exams; 674 students who won city-level awards.
Speaking here, Ms. Do Hong Van affirmed that Hanoi is one of the leading localities in the country in maintaining order, improving the quality of activities to commend typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers and commending children of union members and workers who study well, contributing to spreading good human values in the community.
On this occasion, Ms. Do Hong Van also requested the City Labor Federation to continue to implement a number of tasks, including continuing to improve the quality of social welfare programs, comprehensively care for union members and workers; proactively coordinate with the government and businesses to pay attention to employment, income, housing, kindergartens, schools, health care and necessary conditions for workers to balance work and family life...
