This is one of the practical activities organized on this occasion to honor the role, position and important contributions of female officials, union members, and workers in the new situation.
Responding to the Trade Union's activities, female officials, union members, and workers wear ao dai on working days from March 1st to 8th, 2026 to create a solemn and graceful image in the office, contributing to spreading traditional cultural values and honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women in the new era.
This activity not only has the meaning of honoring national traditional costumes but also contributes to building a civilized and friendly working environment, arousing cultural pride, solidarity and attachment among the Capital's trade union officials.
Also on this occasion, the Trade Union of the Hanoi City Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 6b/NQ-BCH dated January 29, 2011 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on mobilizing female workers, civil servants, and laborers in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country and Directive No. 03/CT-TLĐ dated August 18, 2010 of the Presidium of the General Confederation on continuing to promote the emulation movement "Good at work, good at home".
