According to the 2024 emulation assessment of the Trade Union activities of the ward bloc by the Long Bien District Labor Federation, the Trade Union activities of the wards have had many innovations, some wards have many creative models, with projects and tasks to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union such as the Trade Union Flower Garden, Trade Union Kitchen, establishment and launch of the pickleball club... Thereby attracting a large number of union members to participate.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Unions of the wards cares about the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, continues to well implement the operational themes of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Hanoi City, the themes of the district, and the district Trade Union organization associated with emulation movements, to build a strong Vietnam Trade Union organization.
In particular, in 2024, a number of ward trade unions coordinated well with the district labor federation to promote the establishment of grassroots trade unions at units and enterprises as well as urge the collection of trade union fees for enterprises that do not have a trade union organization.
