The congress took place on October 14. The Congress assessed the situation of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the area, determined the goals, targets, directions, tasks, and solutions for Trade Union activities for the 2025-2030 term; participated in contributing opinions to documents of the City Trade Union Congress...; at the same time, appointed the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of the Ward Trade Union, term I.
Currently, Tay Ho Ward Trade Union has 118 grassroots trade unions with 7,542 union members, belonging to the administrative - career, school and business sectors. For the 2025 - 2030 term, Tay Ho Ward Trade Union has identified the general goal of innovating and improving the effectiveness of gathering and mobilizing union members and workers to join the Trade Union; innovating the content and methods of operation to meet the requirements of the digital transformation period; performing well the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; building a team of professional, qualified, capable Trade Union officials, effectively applying digital technology.
According to the Decision, the Tay Ho Ward Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 15 people, Ms. Pham Thi Hai Yen was appointed as Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Permanent Vice President in charge of the Hanoi City Labor Federation requested that the Ward Labor Union continue to perform well its function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
