Dong Da District Labor Federation has widely deployed the plan to organize the Dong Da Trade Union Miss Contest to grassroots unions under the district. The contest is for female union members working at agencies, units, and enterprises with trade unions under the District Labor Federation or units that pay trade union fees.
Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 45; have a balanced, attractive appearance with a minimum height of 1m57, and a minimum weight of 45 kg; and be talented in the fields of culture and arts. Cultural qualifications for high school graduation; Vietnamese nationality.
As planned, each unit selects up to 2 candidates. The contest has 2 rounds. The first round is the preliminary round. In this round, the organizers selected from 10-12 contestants through photos, clips to introduce themselves and talent. Each contestant was selected through voting on the fanpage "Dong Da Trade Union". The second round is the final round of the candidate to take the following contents: Ao Dai outfit, buffet outfit, talent, of which 5 excellent candidates will participate in the behavior.
It is expected that there will be 1 Miss award including a minimum cash of 30 million VND, crown, symbol and sponsorship gift (if any); 4 Runner-up prizes; 1 Most Favorite contestant prize through voting and a number of other thematic secondary prizes will be awarded.
The Dong Da Trade Union Miss contest is an opportunity for female union members, workers and civil servants in Dong Da district to express their beauty, intelligence, talent and confidence.
