The training class is organized to raise awareness, skills and responsibility in ensuring occupational safety and health at enterprises.
With the training class, trainees are disseminated basic contents of the law on occupational safety and health; the role and responsibility of occupational safety and health workers in enterprises; skills to identify unsafe risks in the production process; measures to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases; instructions on handling situations and initial first aid when incidents occur.
Through the program, the team of safety and hygiene workers is equipped with more knowledge and practical skills to promote the role of "extended arm" of trade union organizations and businesses in supervising and reminding workers to strictly comply with regulations on occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace.
According to the Commune Trade Union, this is a practical activity, contributing to building a safe and healthy working environment, limiting labor accidents and occupational diseases; and at the same time showing the concern of Son Dong Commune Trade Union and Julie Sandlau Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the health, life and rights of workers.
In the coming time, Son Dong Commune Trade Union will continue to coordinate with businesses in the area to promote propaganda, training and implement many practical activities on labor safety and hygiene, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
