The Hanoi City Labor Federation (HLF) said that in order to effectively implement the Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Trade Union Congress and Program No. 03 on "Promoting propaganda, mobilization and improving the spiritual and cultural life of cadres, union members and workers in the capital for the period 2023 - 2028", the Capital's Trade Unions at all levels are coordinating with functional agencies to innovate grassroots approaches, diversifying the content and forms of propaganda and education in line with the practical conditions of workers.
The Capital Trade Union at all levels has used various forms and digital transformation effectively in its propaganda work. This is one of the bases that has brought about effectiveness in raising political awareness, knowledge and awareness of law compliance and labor discipline among union members and workers.
To continue promoting the capacity of key cadres and cadres working in propaganda at all levels, the City Labor Federation carries out a number of activities. In particular, focusing on the content of requirements for innovation in Trade Union propaganda work for the 2023-2028 term; some skills in organizing propaganda at the grassroots level; guidance on oral propaganda skills, speaking skills; requirements for ideological propaganda work of political and social organizations in the current period.
