The valuable thing about those who achieve the title of Good Workers of the Capital is that they not only improve their knowledge but also take care of training, pair up, and pass on experience to the next generations of workers.
Along with the movement to strive for the title of Good Workers of the Capital, the Initiative and Creativity movement among workers and civil servants in the Capital launched by the Capital Trade Union has been attracting a large number of workers and civil servants in all fields and occupations to participate with valuable initiatives that bring great benefits.
