On September 1, Xuyen Moc Prison - T345 (Department C10, Ministry of Public Security, located in Bau Lam Commune, Ho Chi Minh City) held a ceremony to announce the President's amnesty decision for the prisoners serving their sentences on September 2.
Thereby, 178 prisoners serving their sentences in T345 were announced the Decision and granted an amnesty certificate. These are cases that have made efforts, practiced, and reformed well and have met all the conditions and standards according to regulations.
This year's amnesty on the occasion of National Day, September 2, continues to affirm the tradition of humanity, the special leniency of the Party and State towards those sentenced to prison who have strived, practiced, and reformed well.
At the same time, it is hoped that those who are granted amnesty when returning to their localities need to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, to quickly stabilize their lives, reintegrate into the community, and become useful citizens for society. Other prisoners need to continue to make efforts and work well to soon enjoy the humane and lenient policies of the Party and the State.
