Caring activities have contributed significantly to increasing the trust of union members and workers in the Trade Union organization.
In just the first 6 months of 2025, the City Labor Federation supported union members, workers and civil servants to build and repair 34 houses with a total amount of 1.22 billion VND under the Trade Union Shelter program; provided emergency allowances for 43 workers with serious illnesses, traffic accidents, and fires with an amount of 139 million VND.
In 2023 and 2024, Hanoi Trade Unions at all levels organized for over 1,500 workers who had work accidents, occupational diseases, and had reduced working capacity to go on vacation. Thereby, contributing to the regeneration of labor capacity for workers.
Supporting union members and workers is not only about material value, but the presence of the City Labor Federation leaders visiting and sharing with union members and workers has left a good impression of the attention of the Trade Union organization.
