The Labor Federation of Vinh Long province said that among the staff and teachers of Vung Liem Town Kindergarten (Vung Liem District), there are many dedicated, skilled, and child-loving teachers. Among them, we must mention teacher Duong Thi Thuy Linh - she is one of the teachers who is enthusiastic, loves her job, and is always at the forefront of the school's activities.
Imbued with the idea that “Every teacher is a shining example of self-study and creativity”, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Linh constantly studies, improves her knowledge, and learns from her colleagues’ experiences to apply to the work of nurturing, caring for, and educating children.
For Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Linh, love for children is like mother-child love, teachers are children's second mothers, the ones who lay the first bricks to build the foundation for children's personality development, so she always determines that the process of caring for and educating children at preschool age is extremely important and necessary.
As the President of the Trade Union, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Linh is always a leading role model, highly responsible in her work, creative and flexible in innovating the forms and methods of raising and caring for children. In particular, she always has initiatives, proposals, and advice with the School Board, professional departments, as well as the team of teachers of each class to work together to make the school's educational movement a success.
One of those initiatives is the model of "Innovation in methods of building a classroom environment, taking children as the center" to create an open and friendly communication environment between teachers and children; between children and children; between children and the surrounding environment...
Thereby, stimulating children to be active and creative; creating for children the ability to take care of themselves, have the habit of being independent, doing personal activities on their own... contributing to creating conditions for children to develop comprehensively, creating positive effects that are highly appreciated by many parents, teachers and schools.
With her outstanding achievements and contributions in teaching competition as well as the effectiveness of the initiatives she has applied and implemented. In the 2023-2024 school year, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Linh was recognized by the Chairman of the District People's Committee and the Principal of the school for the effectiveness of the application, the scope of influence in 2024 and the application of the initiative to be widely applied in kindergartens throughout the district.
More honorably, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Linh is also one of 95 outstanding Trade Union Chairmen recognized by the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
