Party committees and authorities at all levels in Dak Lak province are urgently preparing for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
In the atmosphere towards the great festival of the whole people, trade union members and workers in the province expressed many thoughts and aspirations sent to elected representatives.
As a large labor force in agriculture, processing industry, services and the administrative - public sector, workers want National Assembly and People's Council deputies to truly listen and fully reflect the voice from the grassroots level.
Thereby contributing to building policies suitable for real life.
Mr. Ksor H'Vo (resident of Cu M'Gar commune) shared that union members and workers, especially ethnic minorities, expect delegates to pay more attention to the issue of jobs and stable income.
At the same time, policies on salaries, social insurance, health insurance and labor safety need to be adjusted to suit reality, ensuring the legitimate rights of workers.
Meanwhile, Ms. H'Ne Êban (resident of Buon Ma Thuot ward) hopes that delegates will pay more attention to social life and community welfare. According to her, in many remote and isolated areas of the province, infrastructure, health and education conditions are still facing many difficulties.

Workers expect National Assembly and People's Council deputies to actively propose mechanisms and policies to invest in developing transport infrastructure, improving the quality of education and health care for people, especially ethnic minorities.
Practical policies will contribute to narrowing the development gap between regions and improving the quality of life of people.
In the action program to mobilize candidates to the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2026–2031 term in Tan An ward and Quang Phu commune, Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - said that if he is trusted by voters to be elected as a delegate to the Provincial People's Council, he will continue to work with trade union levels to continue to perform well the function of representing, caring for and protecting union members and workers.
According to Mr. Thanh, the trade union will receive and summarize the recommendations of voters who are union members and workers on regimes and policies to reflect to the Provincial People's Council.
At the same time, actively participate with the Provincial People's Council in researching, developing and issuing resolutions suitable to the socio-economic development practices of the locality.
Mr. Thanh also said that he will participate in contributing opinions in the planning of industrial zones and clusters; and at the same time propose to allocate land funds and resources to build cultural institutions, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Dak Lak currently has more than 60,000 trade union members, operating in 656 grassroots trade unions.
During the 2026 Lunar New Year, the majority of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area have been cared for and supported in a timely manner, and no one is left behind.
