The Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) said that in order to take good care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers in the province, the Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor signed a plan to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" and activities to take care of union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
Accordingly, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, the Provincial Labor Federation will organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of gratitude to the Party", scheduled to take place from January 23 to 24, 2025, at the Political Center of Vinh Long City.
In the program, the Provincial Federation of Labor will present 391 gifts to union members and employees; Vinh Long City Federation of Labor will coordinate with units, enterprises and partners to implement the union members and employees welfare program to introduce, display products, sell discounted consumer products and essential goods for Tet for union members and employees; organize consultation for union members and employees to borrow preferential loan packages from CEP Microfinance Organization, Vinh Long Branch (expected about 10-15 booths).
In addition to organizing directly, union members are also selected to participate in the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" Program in an online format. Union members and employees purchase goods and consumer products on the official website of the Program organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the participation of units and business organizations. Time from December 20, 2024 to January 20, 2025.
Along with organizing the Tet market, the Provincial Federation of Labor will establish delegations to visit and present gifts to enterprises and union members, workers of the district, town, city Federation of Labor, industry unions and grassroots unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor; organize meetings to thank typical enterprises accompanying the union organization.
In addition, the Trade Union also organizes activities to celebrate the New Year, visit, give gifts, and wish New Year to union members and workers such as visiting, encouraging, and giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, low income, unfortunately suffering from serious illnesses, occupational diseases, and work accidents.
