On April 18, the Dong Nai Department of Education and Training (GDĐT) in coordination with Hong Bang International University (HIU) organized a training program for nearly 500 managers and teachers at all levels in the province.
The training content focuses on two main groups of issues including communication in educational activities and psychological support for students - areas that are increasingly valued in the context of a changing school environment.

Participating in the program are managers, teachers of high schools, vocational education institutions, units directly under the Department, and some secondary schools, primary schools and preschools.
According to a representative of the Dong Nai Department of Education and Training, the selection of two topics aims to help managers and teachers supplement knowledge and skills in the process of operating and handling situations arising in schools.
Reality shows that when schools have to respond quickly to social information, maintain internal connections and interact with parents and students, communication work gradually becomes a necessary management capacity instead of just a spontaneous task.
At the program, educational communication content is presented in association with the actual operation of educational institutions, from policy communication, internal information management to skills working with the press and handling communication situations.
In addition, the school psychology topic focuses on early identification, prevention and support for students' psychological problems, especially during the exam period.
Not only stopping at counseling when problems arise, the content also extends to skills such as self-awareness, emotional management, emotional intelligence development and adaptability in the learning environment.
According to experts, supporting students needs to be done early, through equipping them with skills so that they can proactively adapt to learning pressure and life.
