Tourists receive back a handbag worth more than 62 million VND that was lost in Vung Tau

    Ba Ria - Vung Tau - After picking up a handbag containing more than 62 million VND, a worker in Vung Tau quickly handed it over to the police to return to the tourists who dropped it.

    On May 3, Thang Tam Ward Police (Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) said that a tourist had received a handbag dropped in the Bai Sau area, including more than 62.5 million VND and many important documents.

    Previously, at around 3:00 p.m. on May 2, while working in the area of Cot Co Park (Bai Sau), Mr. L.T.A (worker of Vung Tau Green Tree & Urban Park Development Joint Stock Company - UPC) picked up a handbag dropped by a tourist.

    After checking and finding more than 62 million VND inside and some important personal documents under the name of N.T.H.T, Mr. H quickly handed over the property to Thang Tam Ward Police for verification, finding the person who dropped it to return the property according to regulations.

    More than 1 hour later, a tourist went to Thang Tam Ward Police to receive the property back, and the wallet containing more than 62 million VND was returned to the owner.
