Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics opens Executive Director training program

HCMC - On October 11, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) launched the "Executive Director - UEH" program, aiming to improve leadership capacity for entrepreneurs.

The program aims to train 3,000 CEOs and next generation leaders in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring localities in the period of 2025-2030.

According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - Chairman of theUEH Council, the program not only equips students with management knowledge but also helps students understand themselves, innovate their thinking and make breakthroughs with businesses.

UEH CEO Program is designed in three stages: Understand yourself - Innovation - Breakthrough, focusing on content such as transformation strategy, technology governance, human resources, marketing and digital value development.

The program lasts for 4 months, including 17 modules (1 sung modules and 16 in-depth modules), organized on weekends to suit business leaders.

The participants are executive directors, leaders of departments, entrepreneurs, next generation leaders in family businesses and state-owned enterprise managers.

UEH said that the program is implemented according to a flexible partnership model, with the participation of academics, CEOs of large corporations and domestic and foreign enterprises.

UEH expects 70% of students after the course to successfully implement a startup project or a business restructuring project, while forming a community of former students to connect, share experiences and cooperate in development.
