Start the new day with protein
Supplementing protein in breakfast helps you easily distribute protein evenly throughout the day, avoiding having to eat too much in dinner. Prioritize high-quality and nutritious protein sources such as fish, chicken, lean meat, eggs, Greek yogurt, fresh cheese, milk, along with beans, lentils and nuts.
Increase protein, do not increase food intake
You can completely get enough protein without eating too much with alternative remedies such as using Greek yogurt or fresh cheese served with cereal instead of regular fresh milk. Blend beans and shredded cheese to mix with pasta.
Distributed into every meal and snack
Turn adding protein to each main meal and snack into a natural habit, remember to avoid eating right before exercise to avoid bloating.
Plan and prepare in advance
If you often forget to supplement protein, spend a few minutes on weekends to make a menu and prepare ingredients for the whole week such as boiling a dozen eggs. You can also cook beans, lentils or marinate chicken breast; make jars of oatmeal soaked overnight rich in protein or parfait of seeds and berries.
