NovaGroup organizes the second talent conference

Following the success of the NovaGroup Talent Conference "Using martial arts for Talent", NovaGroup issued a message of recovery with the 2nd Talent Conference.

This is not only a recruitment event, but a strategic step for NovaGroup to accelerate towards the goal of becoming the leading private economic group in Vietnam with a scale of 40,000 employees by 2030.

From reconstruction efforts to the journey to create a new team

When the market period is still volatile, NovaGroup is still determined to choose to invest in people, the core foundation for strong and sustainable development.

At the 1st Talent Conference event, candidates had the opportunity to gain in-depth access to NovaGroup's multi-industry business ecosystem, from Real Estate (Novaland Group), Services - Tourism - Entertainment (Nova Service Group) to Agriculture - Consumer Group, and also shared about systematic, long-term and strategic human resource development programs.

Notably, candidates are also interviewed directly on the spot - receiving results on the same day, significantly shortening the usual waiting journey of the recruitment process.

The workshop recorded impressive numbers with more than 500 potential candidates registering to attend and more than 100 candidates successfully interviewed in the preliminary round.

2nd workshop: Expanding scale, opportunities for talent to break through

The 2nd NovaGroup Talent Workshop "Using Martial Arts for Talent" takes place at 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on November 15, 2025 at Galleria Center - 2Bis Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ho Chi Minh City, expected to attract more than 1,000 candidates to participate with many diverse recruitment positions from Specialists, Senior Specialists, Experts to Management/Leadership positions in all fields in the NovaGroup ecosystem.

In addition to participating in recruitment, candidates also have the opportunity to access valuable information about the labor market and the necessary skills to conquer employers. At the same time, they shared practical experiences from the Group's leaders.
