On November 28, at Tu Minh Primary School (Tu Minh Ward) and Nguyen Du Primary School (Ngo Quyen Ward), the Investigation Security Department - Hai Phong City Police Department organized the program "Studying children to school" and awarded support funds to students in difficult circumstances to study well.
At the presentation ceremony, Captain Pham Quang Nhat and Captain Truong Thi My Hanh - Representative of the Investigation Security Department (Hai Phong City Police) presented Vu Yen Chi - a student of class 2K, Tu Minh Primary School (Tu Minh Ward) and Tran Dang Phuc - a student of Nguyen Du Primary School (Ngo Quyen Ward), each student with a regular support of VND500,000/month.
The Youth Union also supports students with 1,000,000 VND/passport for Lunar New Year, Children's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Openings and other holidays of the year. Support period: From November 2025 to the end of the 2025-2027 school year.
Although small, the gifts are a sharing, responsibility and heart of the Youth Union members of the Investigation Security Department for the children, helping them become more confident and have better conditions to continue studying.
