The program was attended by a large number of Vietnamese and Korean delegates, representatives of social organizations and especially Agent Orange/dioxin victims. The event was organized by the HOAVAVA International Agent Orange Victim Support Group in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Agent Orange/dioxin Victims.
The highlight of the program is a series of Vietnam-Korea cultural exchange activities, combined with the awarding of decisions to appoint HOAVAVA members and advisors, and consolidating the apparatus for the next phase. The organizing committee also awarded gratitude cups to individuals and organizations who have made many contributions in supporting victims.
The most touching part was the direct gift giving to 30 Agent Orange/dioxin victims. The gifts, although not of great material value, have profound spiritual significance, showing the community's long-term concern and companionship for those who suffered many disadvantages due to the consequences of war.
According to HOAVAVA, in 2025, thousands of victims were supported through medical care, rehabilitation, scholarships and livelihood support activities. The conference closed with a souvenir photo shoot between delegates and victims.
