Mr. Simon Tung has just been appointed as General Director of the ASEAN region and the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) of Kaspersky.
In this role, Mr. Simon will be in charge of strategic orientation and business operations management of Kaspersky in the region, focusing on supporting organizations and government agencies to enhance cybersecurity capacity in the context of increasingly complex threats on digital platforms.
Mr. Simon will oversee all trade activities, business development and market access strategies for the ASEAN and AEC regions. His main focus will be to promote growth, build strategic partnerships, improve the effectiveness of implementing Kaspersky's innovative solutions, to meet the changing needs of customers and partners in the digital age.
In the next three years, Kaspersky - a global company specializing in cybersecurity and digital privacy - will increase investment in Southeast Asia to increase presence, strengthen partnerships and expand advanced security solutions to meet the needs of customers in the region.
