Bac Kan announces emergency about the phenomenon of subsidence holes
Due to the increasing and spreading of subsidence in Na Ri district, the province has declared a natural disaster emergency.
From the end of March 2025 to now, in Kim Lu commune (Na Ri, Bac Kan), 7 sinkholes have appeared, directly threatening the lives and property of people in the area.
Faced with the increasing trend of subsidence, on May 14, Mr. Nong Quang Nhat - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province signed a decision to declare a natural disaster emergency for the above phenomenon.

Emergency arrest of a couple for using cyberspace to defraud and appropriate billions

On May 14, the Criminal Police Department of An Giang Province Police said that after a period of active investigation and verification, the unit had just urgently arrested Ma Quoc Tuan (born in 1983) and Pham Thu Hong (born in 1986, both residing in Cho Moi District, An Giang Province) for the act of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".
Conducting an emergency search of Hong's residence, the Police Agency seized a large number of used SIM cards and mobile phones.
During the investigation, it was determined that taking advantage of the loopholes of a financial company in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City in lending online via application, Ma Quoc Tuan and Pham Thu Hong (who lived as husband and wife with Tuan) found and invited many customers in Cho Moi District, An Giang Province to borrow money via application.

On the first day of Ho Chi Minh City Police organized a driving test with many innovations
On May 14, Hoc Mon Driving Training and Testing Center, Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Ho Chi Minh City Police organized the first driving test and test (GPLX) after 2 months of receiving the task from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport.
On the same morning, about 200 students took the car driving test. The Traffic Police Department has established 2 inspection councils including cars and A1 motorbikes. In the afternoon, the council continued to organize motorbike testing for 300 candidates of Tien Bo Traffic College (Tan Phu District).
This exam applies many new points according to Circular 12 of the Ministry of Public Security, which stipulates that candidates who fail the theory will still be allowed to take the practical exam. The results will be reserved for 1 year, helping students save time and costs.
