Stop queuing from 4am to complete land procedures in Hanoi
Mr. Bui Duong - Director of Branch No. 1, Hanoi Public Administration Service Center - said that from the beginning of May until now, the branch has received 800 - 1,000 records per day, of which 80- 90% are procedures related to land.
According to Mr. Duong, the situation of people lining up from 4am has been going on for many days. To completely resolve the situation of waiting for transactions and queuing from 4am, Mr. Duong said that from today - May 13 - no number will be given and no direct Sequential numbers will be used at the headquarters (except for priority cases according to regulations).
