Hanoi pilots low emission zones from July 1, 2026 in some areas of Ring Road 1
Hanoi will pilot a low-emission zone (LEZ) in the central area of Ring Road 1 from July 1, 2026 to reduce air pollution, traffic congestion and improve the quality of life of people.

The information was announced by the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment on June 30. Accordingly, low-emission zones (LEZs) are areas where measures are applied to restrict vehicles with high emissions, especially the source of PM2.5 fine dust.
Currently, Hanoi has more than 8 million vehicles. In which, traffic activities are identified as one of the major sources of emissions, causing the air quality in the inner city to be at a bad level at many times.

Long Thanh Airport officially has 3 airlines registered to operate
On June 30, according to Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV), ACV officially received operating registration at Long Thanh International Airport (Long Thanh airport) from domestic airlines including: Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air and Vietravel Airlines.

Accordingly, ACV has worked with Vietravel Airlines on commercial operation plans at Long Thanh airport from the end of 2026 and increased operating frequency from the summer flight schedule in 2027.

10th grade benchmark score in Ho Chi Minh City, the highest school takes 24.75 points
On June 30, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training announced the benchmark scores for 10th grade enrollment into public high schools for the 2026-2027 school year.
According to Lao Dong statistics, in the group of 10 high schools with the highest nguyện vọng 1 benchmark scores, most schools recorded a significant increase compared to the previous year.
According to statistics, up to 9/10 top schools increased their benchmark scores. Only Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School slightly decreased by 0.5 points.
Leading the whole city is Nguyen Thuong Hien High School with the benchmark score for nguyện vọng 1 reaching 24.75 points, an increase of 1.25 points compared to 23.5 points in 2025.
