Flower prices increase, flower traders cannot pack flowers in time to sell on October 20
Although flower prices have increased, the number of customers is still high, forcing many flower shops to prepare early to deliver to customers on October 20.
On the occasion of October 20 this year, Ms. Vu Thanh Thao's flower shop (Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city) imported flowers from Da Lat and Ho Chi Minh City wholesale market a week ago.
According to Ms. Thao, due to the impact of thunderstorms, many gardeners suffered losses, so the supply was limited. To have enough flowers to supply the market on October 20, she had to order earlier than previous years, and the price of flowers also increased by 15-20% compared to normal days.
