Cong Hoa Street significantly reduces traffic jams on the day of reversing lane test
In order to reduce congestion at the Northwest gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, the flexible traffic organization plan on the Cong Hoa route (section from Truong Chinh street to Ut Tich) has been tested by the Traffic Police force on the morning of May 14. This move took place one day earlier than the official application plan of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
This morning, the flow of vehicles heading towards the city center and Tan Son Nhat International Airport is prioritized for 4 lanes of traffic (including 2 lanes near the sidewalk and 2 lanes in the middle of the road). In the opposite direction, the road section towards Truong Chinh street is narrowed to 2 lanes.

Proposal to increase the scope of restrictions on cars with more than 16 seats entering Hanoi's Old Quarter during peak hours
Hoan Kiem Ward People's Committee, Hanoi City has just proposed to functional agencies to expand the scope of restrictions on cars with more than 16 seats operating during peak hours throughout the area of Hoan Kiem ward. According to the proposal, the scope of restrictions is determined according to roads including Trang Thi - Phung Hung - Hang Dau - Tran Nhat Duat - Tran Quang Khai - Trang Tien - Hang Khay roads back inwards.
To serve the needs of picking up and dropping off tourists, Hoan Kiem ward proposes to arrange 4 transfer points on Ba Trieu, Tran Nhat Duat, Tran Quang Khai and Tran Khanh Du streets. The restricted time is applied daily during peak hours, including the morning from 6am to 9am and the afternoon from 4pm to 7:30pm.

Gasoline and oil prices fall sharply from 3 pm today
The selling prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil items on the market in the price adjustment session on May 14 are as follows: E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than 23,134 VND/liter (down 656 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price), lower than RON95-III gasoline by 944 VND/liter;
RON95-III gasoline is not higher than 24,078 VND/liter (down 276 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price); 0.05S diesel oil is not higher than 27,226 VND/liter (down 268 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price).
