Hanoi simultaneously launched a campaign to reclaim sidewalks and roads
Hanoi requires wards and communes to conduct a general inspection, handle, and thoroughly clear violations of urban order before January 30, 2026. Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Plan No. 332 on resolving bottlenecks in " urban order" and building communes and wards to ensure order, discipline, and urban civilization in Hanoi.
The plan aims to focus resources and human resources, mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system in thoroughly resolving the bottleneck of " Urban order with the goal of building 100% of communes and wards to ensure order, discipline, urban civilization to create a clear change in urban appearance, change old perceptions and habits and improve the quality of life for people in the city; contribute to building Hanoi Capital to ensure urban order, light, green, clean, beautiful, civilized, and safe".

D'ran Pass connecting Da Lat with Khanh Hoa opens to traffic after more than 40 days of paralysis due to landslides
On December 11, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province announced that it had issued a notice of opening to traffic on D'ran Pass after a period of handling the serious landslide incident. Accordingly, from 8:00 a.m. the same day, D'ran Pass in Xuan Truong - Da Lat Ward (Lam Dong) officially reopened to traffic.

Vehicles with a load capacity of less than 5 tons, passenger cars with less than 16 seats are allowed, motorbikes are allowed to travel in both directions through D'ran Pass. While heavy trucks and passenger cars with more than 16 seats are forced to move in other directions according to the traffic diversion plan.
According to the Department of Construction, because the landslide area is still being handled, it is recommended that drivers limit traveling through D'ran Pass at night or when there is heavy rain.

Gasoline prices drop across the board from 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, December 11
In today's adjustment session, December 11, gasoline prices decreased simultaneously compared to the price adjustment period last week. Of which, E5 RON 92 gasoline is priced at VND19,615/liter (down VND207/liter). RON 95-III gasoline is priced at VND 20,082/liter (down VND 378/liter).
Prices of oil products also decreased simultaneously. Diesel 0.05S is priced at VND18,154/liter (down VND226/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND18,641/liter (down VND252/liter); mazut 180CST 3.5S is priced at VND13,393/kg (down VND43/kg).
