Hanoi allows primary and secondary schools to organize after-hours care for children and students with a maximum fee of VND 12,000/60 minutes. Accordingly, this resolution will be applied from the 2025-2026 school year to preschool children and primary school students studying at public preschools and general education institutions; students studying at vocational education institutions - continuing education under the general education program in Hanoi.
At the same time, it will apply to public preschools and general education institutions; vocational education - continuing education institutions in the capital, excluding high-quality public educational institutions.

On the morning of November 27, many locations on Khanh Le Pass (National Highway 27) continued to record deep and wide landslides, seriously threatening traffic safety. After many consecutive days of heavy rain, Khanh Le Pass - the section passing through Nam Khanh Vinh Commune - recorded dozens of landslides, some places lost half of the roadbed, some sections stretched nearly 100 m, the landslide was more than 5 m deep.

Mr. Le Thuan Doan, Director of Khanh Hoa Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company - the unit assigned to maintain National Highway 27C - said that the current state of damage is "unprecedented for many years".

3 large reservoirs in Ho Chi Minh City simultaneously release floodwaters
On November 27, all three large reservoirs in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Den Lake, Song Hoa Lake, and Song Ray Lake, issued new floodwaters to ensure the safety of the project. Previously, flood discharge notices from each lake were sent to wards and communes in affected areas to proactively deploy response measures.
This flood discharge is expected to last from 8:00 a.m. on November 27 to 8:00 a.m. on December 7, due to the water level in the above lakes exceeding the threshold, in the context of complicated weather developments.
