According to the Department of Construction, because the landslide area is still being handled, it is recommended that drivers limit traveling through D'ran Pass at night or when there is heavy rain.

If necessary, the vehicle operator must reduce speed, comply with signs and instructions at construction sites.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper: From October 26 to October 30, due to the impact of heavy and prolonged rains, National Highway 20 from Km262+400 - Km262+530 (D'ran Pass suspension bridge area) in Xuan Truong - Da Lat ward experienced landslides, subsidence cracks in the foundation, and road surface causing traffic congestion.

The road surface at this location is also cracked, stretching for tens of meters. After that, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced an emergency situation to respond to the natural disaster situation.

Since then, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province has urged the construction unit to speed up the progress and urgently overcome the consequences. Up to this point, the passes down and up Da Lat have been opened to traffic.

Currently, only Khanh Le Pass remains, Khanh Hoa province is still congested and cannot be moved due to many dangerous landslides. The authorities are still trying to fix the incidents.

D'ran Pass is about 10km long, located on National Highway 20 with many dangerous curves and is the route connecting Da Lat urban area with Song Pha Pass on National Highway 27, forming the Da Lat - Phan Rang traffic axis (Khanh Hoa).
